Baby dumped in dustbin in the west

A baby boy was found dumped in a dustbin outside a flat complex in the west of Pretoria.
Residents at the Carmen East flat complex in W F Nkomo (Church Street), Pretoria West, alerted police early on Saturday morning that a baby had been discovered in an outside dustbin.
Rekord was on scene and police on site confirmed a baby boy was found “among the garbage”.
Judging by the forensic pathologists on scene, the baby appeared to be dead.
Police could not comment immediately.
