Man wanted for attempted murder and robbery
A 32-year-old man is wanted in connection with an axe attack attack on another man.
Police are on the hunt for a man linked to robberies and an attempted murder in Ga-Rankuwa and Mabopane.
Justice Montha Chabadimaketse is sought for two counts of attempted robbery in Mabopane and one of attempted murder in Ga-Rankuwa, police spokesperson Warrant Officer Matthews Nkoadi said.
“The suspect apparently attacked a 32-year-old with an axe resulting in the victim being hospitalised in George Mukhari Academic Hospital ICU for four weeks.”
“The suspect has also violated his parole conditions, and also goes by a number aliases, which include Prophet and Moruti,” he said.
Nkoadi said anyone with information of his whereabouts should call the provincial duty Brigadier on 082-313-8299 or the provincial duty General on 082-444-4354.
