The athlete briefly appeared in the North Gauteng High Court where Judge Aubrey Ledwaba announced that the formal sentencing proceedings will begin on 13 June and end on 17 June.
Pistorius’ legal team, in the absence of lawyer Barry Roux, requested an amendment to bail conditions two and three.
“The amendment that the accused wished to travel outside the hours and areas stipulated in his bail conditions only with the permission of his investigating officer.”

His defence team also stated that Pistorius was on his third tracking device after the previous two malfunctioned, sending out violation alerts to correctional services when the athlete was in fact at home.
Last month, the Constitutional Court rejected Pistorius’ leave to appeal his murder conviction as handed down by the Supreme Court of Appeals (SCA) last year.
The Paralympian is currently under house arrest for shooting and killing his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine’s Day in 2013.
