The woman was in a critical condition after being shot during a house robbery
A woman was in a critical condition after she was shot multiple times in a house robbery in Mamelodi East on Saturday morning.
Netcare 911 spokesperson Athlenda Mathe said the incident happened around 06:30.

She said paramedics arrived at the scene and managed to stabilise the 43-year-old woman.
“She was transported to a nearby hospital in a critical condition for further medical attention.”
Mamelodi police spokesperson Captain Johannes Maheso said a case was not yet reported.
“We have not received such a report and therefore cannot comment. They are welcome to report the case to us at any time,” he said.
