Four arrested for drug possession
“We thank the community for tipping us off. We appreciate your effort and would like you to continue to send us more tip-offs so we can eliminate drugs in the community.”
Four people were arrested for possession of CAT and dagga in Eersterust on Monday.
The arrest comes after police received a tip-off from locals.
Eersterust police spokesperson Sergeant Sam Shibambo said the men sold the drugs from a house in Suurberg Road.
Shibambo thanked locals for tipping the police off and urged them to do so again in future.
“We appreciate your effort and would like you to continue to send us more tip-offs so we can eliminate drugs in Eersterust,” said Shibambo.
The men are expected to appear in the Hatfield Regional Court soon.
