Bus burning in Pretoria

A bus caught fire this morning on Stanza Bopape and Hamilton Streets in Pretoria.

A Putco Bus caught fire on Monday morning on the corner of Stanza Bopape and Hamilton streets in Pretoria central.

ER24‘s spokesperson Pieter Rossouw said they did not have any details about how the fire had started.

“No injuries were sustained and the driver managed to escape unharmed.” said Rossouw.

Putco bus company’s spokesperson Tshepo Tsotsotso said they could not comment on the matter yet.

“I am still waiting for communication from the head office which I will send you later. But indeed a putco bus was on fire this morning,”
