NEWSFLASH: Alleged smash and grabber shot dead
He was shot by motorist after he tried to steal from his car.
A suspected smash and grabber was shot dead in Pretoria West on Thursday morning.
According to AfriForum branch chairperson Francois Oberholzer, this happened in Es’kia Mphahlele around 10:00
“The robber was shot dead on the corner of Es’kia Mphahlele and Boom Street, near EPG garage. The corner is a hijacking and smash and grab hotspot,” he said.
According to a source, the alleged smash and grabber was shot by motorist after he tried to steal from his car.
Police spokesperson Bonginkosi Msimango said he was not aware of the incident.
