"Mr Danie Jacobz was found shot in his Hilux bakkie early on Wednesday morning".
A well-known local businessman was found dead in his car under mysterious circumstances on Wednesday morning, the Lowvelder reported.
The Lowvelder reported that Mr Danie Jacobz was found shot in his Hilux bakkie by TRAC N4 patrollers shortly after 05:00.
According to the Lowvelder, Mbombela police spokesman Capt Dawie Pretorius said that the vehicle was discovered on the N4 bridge near KaMagugu.
Pretorius confirmed that a firearm was found in the vehicle.
