BREAKING NEWS: Man shot in Centurion
The attackers turned around without a word and fled in a white car.
A man was shot and wounded in the stomach at a shopping centre in Centurion on Tuesday.
A cleaner at the Eldoraigne Village centre said she was working in the lower parking area when the victim pulled up in his car.
“He got out of his car and greeted me on his way to the bathroom. He returned and walked back to his car.’
She said two men approached the victim at his car and pointed a gun at him.
“I thought it was a toy gun, but a shot was fired into the man’s stomach.”
The two men turned around without saying a word and got into a white car, which sped away.
The severely traumatised woman said she started screaming and people gathered around the victim.
Xander Loubser, a spokesperson for Best Care Ambulance Services said the victim was stabilised on the scene before being taken to hospital.
