One person killed in accident
An accident in Centurion claimed the life of one person on Friday evening.
One person was killed and four injured in an accident in Trichard Road, in Centurion on Friday evening.
The accident was said to have happened after the driver lost control and the vehicle rolled over a barrier and down an embankment
EMER-G-MED emergency services responded to the scene and found that one person had sustained fatal injuries, another critical, said the services’ spokesperson.
The victim was declared dead on the scene.
The spokesperson said the services’ advanced life support paramedics stabilised the critical patient then transported him to hospital.
The police were on the scene to determine the cause of the accident.
