Sport Highlights, 30 September – 2 October
South Africa and Australia will take each other on in two different sports in Pretoria this weekend.

International cricket and rugby are on the menu for Pretoria’s sports fans this weekend.
Cricket
The first two weeks of October bring cricket fans a fest of one-day internationals between South Africa and Australia. The first game in this five-match series will be played at SuperSport Park on Friday at 13:00.
The Sunfoil four-day series starts next week with the Titans welcoming the Knights to Centurion on 5 October at 10:00.
Rugby
The Blue Bulls will rest this weekend because of their bye but the other teams will fight for the remaining two places in the Currie Cup semi-finals.
Meanwhile the people of Pretoria should march to Loftus Versfeld for the Castle Rugby Championships game between the Springboks and the Wallabies at 17:00 on Saturday.
Athletics
The well-known National Business Challenge relay will again take on Saturday at Rietondale Park in the Moot at 06:00. Participants have a choice between a full marathon (42,2km) and a half marathon (21,1km).
Soccer
Fans can look forward to international soccer on Monday when Bafana Bafana take on Burkina Faso in the opening match of the Fifa World Cup Russia 2018 qualifiers. This game will be played in Burkina Faso.
