Sundowns striker arrested for speeding
It was reported that Tau had apparently been rushing to a development tournament for team-mate Tiyani Mabunda.
Mamelodi Sundowns forward Percy Tau was reportedly arrested for speeding on Sunday afternoon.
The 23-year-old was taken into custody after doing a 170km/h on the N1 near Nyl plaza, according to Citizen.
Tau is expected to travel with Sundowns on Thursday as they take on St George in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
