Missing Joburger Julian Sebber could be in Pretoria, according to reports.
But his father Gabriel Sebber poured cold water on the reports saying he had also heard that his son had been seen in Edenvale.
“I cannot comment on the claim he was spotted in Pretoria,” said Gabriel.
Sebber went missing on Tuesday afternoon in 1st Avenue, Melrose on his way to Linksfield, according to the notice on the eBlockwatch Facebook page.
Gabriel said: “He could be trying to get back to Melrose.

Some reports indicated he was in the Edenvale area.
He was wearing a black hoodie, black knee length shorts, and Nike takkies when he left home.”
The 20-year-old Sebber, returned to South Africa from France last Friday where he had been studying finance for two years.
“We had to bring him back because he wasn’t well. He has been on psychiatric medication,” Gabriel said.
According to his father, Sebber suffers from depression and anxiety.

“He doesn’t know Johannesburg that well, so he could be anywhere right now. He has no cellphone and no money with him,” he said.
Gabriel pleaded with people to help him find his son.
