Six nabbed in CBD after business robberies
They arrested the driver of the taxi and gathered more information that led to the arrest of five more suspects in Atteridgeville.
The SAPS is investigating two business robberies in Pretoria West and Erasmia following the arrest of six men on Wednesday in the CBD.
This comes after the Tshwane West Cluster Trio Task Team acted on information it received about the whereabouts of the suspects.

SAPS spokesperson in the Tshwane Cluster, Constable Tumisang Moloto said the tip-off led them to the Marabastad taxi rank where they intercepted a white minibus taxi that had allegedly been involved in criminal activities.

Moloto said a 9mm firearm, cell phones and large quantities of cigarettes suspected to be stolen were retrieved during the arrest.
The suspects aged between 23 and 37 will appear in the Pretoria magistrate’s court soon.
