The police are searching for a motorist involved in a fatal hit-and-run that took the life of Dianne Rose Ayres last year.
An autopsy has revealed the woman found on the N1 highway could have been hit by a vehicle, said Villieria police spokesperson Captain Coba Brits.
“Our officers are urgently looking for a vehicle that was possibly involved,” she said adding the details on what car were unknown.

Anyone with information was asked to contact the Villieria police urgently.
Ayres’ body was found on 5 December near a bridge in Kilnerpark.
A culpable homicide docket is open for investigation.
