Sinoville police invites residents in the north of Pretoria to join them in a march against drug abuse.
Warrant Officer Johan van Dyk said drug-related crimes remained a concern in Sinoville and surrounding areas.
“Getting the community involved and creating more awareness about drug abuse is the best way to combat this crime.”
On Wednesday 25 April, police and the community will march along Sefako Makgatho Drive (Zambezi) from the corner of Dr Swanepoel and Sefako Makgatho Drive from 10:00, said Van Dyk.

“We will gather from 09:00 at the Montana Spar.”
Van Dyk invites all willing individuals, organisations and businesses to participate.
“People are more than welcome to bring their own placards to support our fight against drugs,” he said.
“We will be marching towards the Kolonnade, ending near the McDonald’s.”
