A 56-year-old man was found dead in a toilet of a pub in Valhalla on Tuesday night.
Wierdabrug police spokesperson Captain Agnes Huma said the deceased was found around 20:30.
On arrival, police found a lifeless body in the toilet with a bullet wound in his head and a firearm lying next to him,” she said.

Huma said the man was recognised by his friends and the owner of the pub.
“An inquest docket was opened.”
