An ATM was bombed in Centurion on Friday evening.
Monitor Net spokesperson Nico Chrisostomou said the incident happened on the corner of Monument Drive and Tulip Road around 21:00.

He said it is believed that three vehicles with an unknown number of occupants were involved in the bombing.
“CPF members heard the bomb and sped to the scene,” he said.

“Various emergency services, including the police, were on the scene.”
It was unclear if anyone had been arrested, but more information was awaited from the police.

Shorty after the ATM was bombed, residents took to social media in an attempt to find out what happened.
Some residents reported that they heard the explosion as far as Wierda Park.
