Police were this week searching for two victims of a robbery at the Denlyn Mall in Mamelodi West on 3 March.
On the day, the two were approached by the occupants of a BMW and robbed of their belongings, said police spokesperson Captain Johannes Maheso.
“Police saw the incident and chased after the suspects and managed to arrest one of the suspects.”
The two men were robbed of money, bags and cellphones.
“Police want the two victims, aged 34 and 36, to testify in the Mamelodi Magistrate’s Court on 2 August as witnesses,” said Maheso.
“However, they are struggling to locate the men.”
