One person was injured in a business robbery in the Moot on Wednesday evening.
Kilnerpark Security spokesperson Ancelize van der Kooi said the robbery took place at a business in Ben Swart Street around 19:52.

She said about nine robbers were involved.
“One person sustained head injuries during the robbery, but was treated by ER24 ambulance services at the scene,” she said.

“There was a shot fired, but fortunately, no one got hit.”
Van der Kooi said the robbers fled the scene in a white Toyota Quantum.

The police and ER24 were on the scene.
