The accused in the hit-and-run culpable homicide case of Ruan Viljoen will appear in court again on Thursday.
Siphiwe Mahlaba has appeared in the Pretoria magistrate’s court on six previous occasions.
When he last appeared on 6 February, his legal representative again requested a postponement to obtain further particulars from the state.
The lawyer accused the state of not making certain documents available to the defence, despite requests.

Viljoen was found dead next to the N14 freeway in Centurion, just two weeks before his 19th birthday.
It is believed he died after he was struck by a vehicle while walking along the road after earlier being involved in a minor accident that left his car immobile.
He then abandoned it to look for help.
It was believed that he was struck as he was walking along.
His parents hired a private investigator to help the stalling police investigation into the death, which eventually led to Mahlaba’s vehicle being allegedly positively connected to the hit-and-run.
