UPDATE: Still no arrests in Centurion brigadier’s murder investigation

The body of Brigadier-General Motlhokomedi Kenneth Petso (53) was discovered in Ga-Rankuwa after he was reported missing at the Lyttelton police station.

Police have yet to make an arrest in connection with the murder of a Waterkloof air force base officer who was found dead earlier this month.

The body of Brigadier-General Motlhokomedi Kenneth Petso (53) was discovered in Ga-Rankuwa after he was reported missing at the Lyttelton police station.

Police spokesperson Brigadier Mathapelo Peters on Monday confirmed that no arrests had been made.

“Investigators are not ruling out the possibility that he could have been killed elsewhere and the body dumped where it was found in extension 11, Ga-Rankuwa,” Peters said previously.

Meanwhile, the vehicle belonging to Petso, a white Jeep Cherokee with registration DH-82-MM GP, was still missing.

Police recovered the vehicle’s tracking device in Brits.

Peters appealed to anyone who may have any information to report it to the police.

Information may be provided to the Lyttelton police station on 012-644-8600, or anonymously, on 08600-10111.
