NEWSFLASH: Man shot in North robbery
The man was in a serious condition and was airlifted to hospital.
A man was shot during a robbery on a plot in the north of Pretoria on Wednesday morning.
Life Med Ambulance spokesperson Renata Erasmus said the incident took place on a plot near De Wagendrift Road around 03:00.
She said the 48-year-old victim, sustained gunshot wounds to the chest and abdomen and had to be airlifted to hospital by HALO aviation.

“The patient was [in a] serious but stable condition and was taken to Netcare Montana Hospital,” she said.
“Due to the nature of the injuries, he was later transferred to Johannesburg.”
Details surrounding the robbery are still unclear.
