UPDATE: Capital Park resident wins unique prize
For the month of September, Anneline and Willem van der Gryp from Venter Street was handed the trophy on Friday afternoon.
The 16th winner for Capital Park’s unique sidewalk of the month competition was announced this week.
Sixteen people have won since the it was launched in May last year.
For the month of September, Anneline and Willem van der Gryp from Venter Street was handed the trophy on Friday afternoon.
“We are very surprised to have received this trophy,” Anneline told Rekord.
The trophy was handed over to the winning family by Donne-Li Johnson of Real One Real Estate.
Anneline said they have been living in Capital Park for over 10 years.
“We really like the community and like living here,” she said.
