Two alleged north drug dealers busted
Police reacts swiftly on tip-off's and arrests two alleged drug dealers.
Two alleged drug dealers in the Themba area in northern Pretoria were arrested following a tip-off by the local community and the swift reaction of the police.
Information provided by the community led to the arrest of a woman selling dagga from her residence in Themba yesterday.
On 3 September, a 39-year-old woman was arrested around 13:00 at Ramotse for allegedly dealing in dagga.
“Crime Prevention members were patrolling around Ramotse on their daily duties when they received a tip-off from a reliable source about a woman selling dagga at her home,” Temba police spokesperson Captain Sarah Lesabane said.

Swift reaction from police led to the successful arrest of the woman after police found dagga balls wrapped in small plastic bags.
“The suspect was arrested for dealing in dagga.”
A second person was also arrested for allegedly dealing in the drug.
“A 27-year-old man was arrested at Ramotse following information from a reliable source that there was a man dealing in CAT. Plastic bags were recovered containing white powder. He was also arrested for dealing in drugs.”
Both suspects are expected to appear in the Moretele Magistrate’s Court soon.
