Tshwane’s customer care system to be affected by maintenance
This shutdown will affect all Tshwane Customer Care Services from 08:00 till 16:00.
The city’s customer care system will be affected this Saturday due to maintenance.
The maintenance work includes the replacement of generators at one of the city’s data centres.
“In order to ensure the safety of the workers and the highly sensitive equipment, the city is compelled to shut down the power supply to the facility where the equipment is being housed,” said Tshwane spokesperson Lindela Mashigo.
This shutdown will affect all Tshwane Customer Care Services from 08:00 till 16:00.
