Tea party for moms and daughters a success

“We’re still small but I received a lot of interest from moms in Pretoria and surrounds. The concept is quite popular."

The Little Princess Tea Party for moms and daughters took place at the SA Girl Company venue in Waterkloof on Sunday with the goal of bringing moms and girls together for a day of bonding, fairy tales and dancing.

SA Girl Company owner and event organiser Sandré Hunter started the business with the hopes of creating a whimsical experience for girls and their moms where they can relax with a wonderful spa experience, partake in cooking or baking lessons or enjoy a high tea morning over weekends.

“We’re still small but I received a lot of interest from moms in Pretoria and surrounds. The concept is quite popular and what is better than a morning with princesses, stories and a fairy garden for moms and their daughters to bond over?” she said.

On Sunday, 15 March a bunch of little girls, dressed in their best princess dresses, eagerly awaited two magical princesses at the Little Princess Tea Party where they were spoiled with iced tea, delicious donuts, mini tarts and cakes.

“We offer birthday parties with princess themes which The Fairytale Express provides excellently. We provide a spa experience and much more for little girls to enjoy. This is absolutely a little girl’s dream destination.”

The Little Princess Tea Party was only the first of many exciting events to take place at this magical venue, to get more information on what the rest of 2020’s diary look like, visit their Facebook page.
