Man killed in Centurion crash, four injured

A man was killed and four others were injured when two vehicles collided in Centurion on Tuesday evening.
Paramedics responded to the accident around 20:15 on the corner of Rooihuiskraal and Panorama roads in Rooihuiskraal, said CERT-SA spokesperson Ruan Heyns.
“Upon arrival, a young man was found to have succumbed to his injuries while a woman suffered critical injuries. She was rushed to hospital for further medical care,” he said.
Heyns said three others sustained injuries ranging from moderate to severe.
Police have opened an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
