Pretoria warned to brace for intense cold front
A significant drop is expected with temperatures reaching a low of 1°C.
Brace yourselves for chilly mornings as the cold front is expected to reach Pretoria on Friday.
SA Weather Service forecaster Edward Engelbrecht said the cold temperatures were expected to remain for the weekend.
“For Pretoria, we are expecting a low of 1°C and a high of 13°C on Friday.”

He said that temperatures will peak around 16°C for Saturday.
“On Sunday, we are looking at a minimum of 4°C and a maximum of 17°C, with sunny conditions,” said Engelbrecht.
“The cold front will be accompanied by strong winds, however, no rain is expected.”
