Missing 85-year-old Sunnyside woman found
Ruth Katz, who was last seen leaving her home in Troye Street on 22 September, has been found safe.
An 85-year-old woman Sunnyside, who has been missing since 22 September, has been found.
Ruth Katz went missing after she was last seen at her Aldrin flats home in Troye Street at around 10:00.
According to the Pink Ladies organisation for missing persons, Katz is alive, unharmed and safe.
The organisation could, however, not provide any details on when and where she was found.
“No further information at the moment,” they said in a statement.
“Thanks to SAPS Sunnyside head detective Colonel Burr, Sergeant Gumbu, Adrian NCIS, PLTT/PLVT family friend’s communities, to the public at large and all other role players.”
