Shoot-out with ‘potential buyers’ at Pretoria complex
The suspects fled the scene on foot and left their car outside the property.
Police are on the look-out for three male suspects who fired shots at a resident’s premises in the Willow Park Manor complex in Pretoria on Friday 21 May.
According to police spokesperson Warrant Officer Isaac Mcunu, it’s alleged that the suspects pretended to be potential buyers of a house in the complex and made an appointment to view the house in question.
“They arrived at the home driving a white Toyota Sedan, and tried to rob the victim of his cellphone.
“Apparently the son-in-law noticed that something was wrong when suddenly an altercation broke out and the suspects opened fire.”
The suspects fled the scene on foot and left their car outside the property.
