Motorcyclist seriously injured in car accident
The motorcyclist was rushed to a nearby hospital following his collision with a SUV.
A motorcyclist was injured following a collision involving a motorcycle and an SUV at the corner of Uitsig and Old Johannesburg roads in Centurion on Monday evening.
According to a statement by the community emergency response team (Cert), the incident occurred around 18:39.
“The motorcyclist sustained moderate to serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital in a stable condition where he received advanced paramedical care,” the statement read.

Cert medical personnel assessed the two occupants of the SUV and found they did not sustain any obvious injuries.
Police are investigating the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
