This weekend:
SAAF Museum Training/Flying Day – Sat, Nov 2
Witness historic aircraft take to the skies, and explore restoration projects at Swartkop Air Force Base.
Enjoy attractions like the Buccaneer and Spitfire restoration projects, Zwartkop scale modellers’ MOTY Competition, the S-51 helicopter restoration project, as well as toy and book stalls.

Germany Meets Mzansi – Sat, Nov 9
Join the celebration at CBC Old Boys Memorial Club in Groenkloof, Pretoria next Saturday.
The event starts at 09:30.
Enjoy German cuisine, culture, music and more. There will be a special performance by Lira.
Lyttelton CPF Jail and Bail Blood Drive – Sat, Nov 9
Support your local heroes behind bars at this fun event with kids’ activities, security demos, stalls and more.
The event will be held at Laerskool Louis Leipoldt next week Saturday.
Woerie Race – Sat, Nov 9
The Woerie race takes place next Saturday, November 9.
Move the books away a little and enjoy the outdoors on a 5km or 9.8km route.
Registration starts at 05:45 and race starts at 06:30.
