Police search for man who sold non-existent truck four years ago
The wanted suspect, Jacky Bonke Mthombeni, allegedly defrauded a victim by falsely selling a non-existent truck.
The Gauteng Police are in search of a male suspect in connection with a fraud case in Sunnyside.
According to the police, the man of interest, Jacky Bonke Mthombeni defrauded a victim by falsely selling a non-existent truck in Sunnyside on March 27, 2020.
Police spokesperson Captain Tintswalo Sibeko urges anyone with information on Mthombeni’s whereabouts to come forward.
“Anyone with information may contact the investigating officer Lieutenant Colonel Motolla on 082 715 9583 / 071 675 6421 or the Crime Stop Line on 08600 10111 or MySAPS App.
Sibeko said all information will be treated confidentially.
