Entrepreneur and marketing expert shares ideas in book

The book covers how to effectively communicate your personal brand through various channels, including social media, networking, and public speaking.

A 31-year-old visionary entrepreneur and marketing expert from Nellmapius wrote a practical guidebook for anyone looking to build a strong brand.

Marked by resilience and determination, Sidney Seromo, also known as Sidney Ke Mmino, is the author of The Brand Blueprint: Crafting Your Personal Brand.

He said it took him five years to write the book, and it was finally launched last month.

Seromo said he dropped out of university and transitioned from a promising football career to entrepreneurship, founding SKM XXIV Ltd. in 2016.

“With over six years of experience in digital marketing, he has mastered skills across various sectors, including education, sports, entertainment and fashion,” said Seromo.

He said the book focuses on self-discovery; it emphasises understanding your own values, strengths, and passions to create a brand that reflects your true self.

“It guides readers through defining their unique selling propositions and creating a consistent image and message,” he said.

“The book includes strategies for positioning yourself in the marketplace, setting goals, and planning actions to build and maintain your brand.”
