TMPD arrests three suspected drug dealers

The 37-year-old had zip lock bags of crystal meth, cocaine and heroin valued at R130 000.

The Tshwane metro police (TMPD) drug and tactical unit has arrested a man for possession of suspected drugs valued at R130 000.

Spokesperson Superintendent Isaac Mahamba said the 37-year-old was caught with zip lock bags of crystal meth, cocaine and heroin.

He said the unit also arrested two people in Temba, Hammanskraal for possession of suspected crystal meth valued at R25 000.

Mahamba congratulated the unit for the arrests.

“The TMPD will continue to combat crime in Tshwane.”

He said all the suspects will appear in court soon.

He also urged residents to report any suspicion of fraud, corruption or other irregular conduct to TMPD on 080 TSHWANE (080 874 9263).
