Central streets affected by Lasca march
The march is planned to start at 11:00 and end at 14:00.
Members of the Lotus Gardens, Atteridgeville and Saulsville civic association (Lasca) will march to Tshwane House this morning.
The residents are marching over various grievances including estimated bills, by-law enforcement, service delivery and credit control.
Road users are advised that Struben, Sophie de Bruyn and Madiba streets will be affected by the march.
The members plan to gather at 10:00 on Friday at the Marabastad Old Putco bus stop.
At 11:00 the marchers will proceed to Tshwane House where the plan is to deliver memorandums to mayor Cilliers Brink, city manager Johan Mettler and council speaker Mncedi Ndzwanana at noon.
The marchers are expected to disperse by 14:00. Motorists are advised to use alternative routes.
