MATRIC RESULTS 2018

 

Congratulations to the class of 2018! 

The matrics of 2018 yielded an exceptional set of results! Their ability to work with dedication, often alongside very busy school schedules, juggling many interests across the spectrum of school life has been superb.

 

We thank our teachers for their deep care, high quality of instruction and the guidance they have provided as our matrics progressed from the pre-prep to the prep school and then the high school. The total picture, in the end, is a clear validation of our teacher’s commitment to working with purpose in the interest of our pupils.

 

The highlights include:

• 100% Matriculation pass rate

 

• 24% Bachelor Degree – BD (University Entrance) pass

 

• 173 distinctions from 84 matrics

 

• An average of 2.06 distinctions per candidate

Six Southdowns College pupils were ranked within the top 1% of IEB pupils.
