Many first-choice players in Bulls’ touring squad to Wales

Bulls coach Jake White is still sticking to his plan to manage all his players carefully, as evidenced by the touring squad selected to take on the Dragons in Wales on Friday.

Jake White, has confirmed the Bulls’ 28-men travelling squad for Wales, ahead of the herd’s 2022/23 United Rugby Championship round 12 tie against the Dragons this coming weekend.

“We have another three away games this January – this is the block that is toughest for us, playing six out of seven games on the road – so things aren’t getting any easier but we just have to make sure that we improve every week,” the Bulls mentor remarked.

He said the game against the Dragons will be a massive test of character for the group.

“But we have to make sure that we start the new year with good energy and look to get both our campaigns (United Rugby Championship and the Heineken Champions Cup) on track,” he concluded.

The clash will take place at the Rodney Parade stadium in the city of Newport, South of Wales; on Friday 06 January 2023 and kick-off is scheduled for 21:45pm (South African time).
