Special dinner for Child Welfare Tshwane

Diep in die Berg will be hosting a dinner cooked by some incredible celebrity chefs.

With the start of the next season of Chopped SA about to kick off, the Diep in die Berg restaurant in Wapadrand will be hosting a special dinner in support of Child Welfare Tshwane on 1 August.

Hosted by Chantal Rutter Roos, the events will feature five former Chopped SA contestants, including Jelele Mokhine, Dylan Jonsson, Wayne Burgin, Yoshan Naidu and Frans Manyathela.

Each contestant will be given a ‘mystery box’ containing unknown ingredients they will have to use in their dish.

The judging will be overseen by revered chefs Richard Pearce and Neil Olverman, but will also require the guests’ input.

Arina de Witt and André Schwarts will entertain the crowd. All the proceeds of the events will be donated to Child Welfare Tshwane, an NGO that provides and cares for abused and neglected children. For more information and tickets, email pr@childwelfare.co.za or phone 012-460-9236.
