Peppa Pig Live is coming to State Theatre
Treat your children and take them to see Peppa Pig.
After recent successful sell-out shows in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, Pretoria residents will get a chance to see the much-anticipated stage show Peppa Pig Live at the SA State Theatre this month.
There will be two shows on Saturday, 16 June and Sunday, 17 June. With additional shows elsewhere in the country selling out within a day or two of going on sale, it is suggested that patrons book their seats as quickly as possible.
“The children had the time of their lives,” wrote City Press about Peppa fans in Johannesburg.
“Children were off their chairs, stomping their feet, wiggling their bums and singing along to songs like the Bing Bong Song and other popular nursery rhymes.”
“Watching the reaction to a made-up cartoon character appear on stage is beyond belief,” the Cape Argus said.
“At 80 minutes long, we were concerned that our ‘terrible two’ might not go the distance, but she was riveted throughout,” said Biz Community.
“The characters urged the audience to participate. All the singing, dancing and jumping in muddy puddles kept the children well entertained.”
