The Crossfit Polokwane Throwdown Challenge which took place on Saturday at the Laerskool Pietersburg Noord fields saw teams of two pushed to their limits as they battled against other teams to be crowned the champions in either the Scaled or RX Divisio . The event tested the athletes fitness, strength and teamwork skills.
