Minigolf to enhance a family’s day of fun

The Farmyard opened a mini-golf play area on the premises.

Families, friends and the young ones can now enjoy a round of golf when they visit The Farmyard.

The Farmyard opened a mini-golf play area on the premises.

“Since opening the bowling centre in August 2012, we had such an amazing response from the people of Polokwane.

“The main reason for people’s appreciation was that we finally had an entertainment centre for the young people of Polokwane.

“It was great for families to know that there was a safe, wholesome, place where they could come and spend some fun, leisurely times.

“Our next question was: how could we add to this centre and offer people even more activities at an affordable price,” said Ninia Knott, one of the owners.

That is when John Knott’s vision for the mini golf came about. John had always loved all types of designing and creating, so this project quickly grew close to his heart. Knott said he wanted to make a course that would be interesting to play on.

Minigolf at The Farmyard costs R20 per person and bowling costs R25 during the week and R40 on weekends.
