POLOKWANE- The first annual Limpopo Business Symposium that was held at the Polokwane International Airport’s Gateway hall, brought established entrepreneurs, young people and budding business owners together on Saturday.
The symposium was hosted by The Princess Tsakani Foundation in partnership with Standard Bank in celebration of princess Tsakani Nkambule’s birthday.
Nkambule hosts an event on her birthday every year to raise funds for charity.
The sole purpose of the business symposium was to create a network through which leaders would be empowered, uplifted and inspired. The symposium connected aspirant entrepreneurs with leaders of corporate organisations.
Since its inception in 2012, The Princess Tsakani Foundation has raised funds annually to buy 400 orphans from N’wamitwa and Ga-Chuene school uniforms.
“We would like to thank all our sponsors and participants who contributed to the success of the first annual Limpopo Business Symposium. We promise an even better and bigger symposium next year,” Nkambule said.
The Limpopo Business Symposium had everything for every business person who attended.
Motivational talks from successful business people; debates about issues facing entrepreneurs and discussions over how best to harness the potential of aspiring entrepreneurs.
The speakers included Muditambi Ravele, Hannah Sadiki, Tsakani Nkambule, Ludwick Marishane, Sbusiso Leope, and Mike Maphoto.
