Business to benefit from Limpopo Agricultural Expo in August

LOCAL businesses are set to benefit from the Limpopo Agricultural Expo 2014, which will be held at the Letaba Show Grounds in Tzaneen from August 26 to 28.

During a recent plenary meeting, Mahlatse Masimini, the managing director of Moshate Media, which organised the event, said local businesses would be given preference to provide services such security, catering, decorations and cleaning.

The Limpopo Agricultural Expo, which will compliment the annual Letaba Show that will be held from August 7 to 9, will comprise an indoor expo, an outdoor expo, informative workshops, a breeders’ section and would culminate in a gala dinner.

Masimini said preparations for the event were at an advanced stage and the event partners such as the national and provincial departments of agriculture, commercial banks and other sponsors were already on board. She said over 40 stalls had already been booked by exhibitors.
