POLOKWANE – In the past weeks reporting matters to the municipality has been a challenge for residents as they feel they are not being assisted when in need.
Municipal spokesperson, Malesela Maubane, supplied a list of contact numbers for residents to use when reporting matters.
According to Maubane, matters would be dealt with quicker if they were reported to the correct person and department in the first place.

The different services’ numbers can also be found on the municipal website at www.polokwane.gov.za, and residents are encouraged to contact the municipality with all enquiries.
Residents are also urged to make sure they take down the time a matter is reported as well as the person the call was logged with, and get a reference number to make it easier for the municipality to follow up on issues not attended to.
