LIMPOPO – BRIAN Mogoshi (26), who is known as BTM by his fans, is a young hip-hop musician from Ga-Molepane in Sekhukhune.

BTM developed an interest in hip-hop in 2009.

“I recall the day when one of my childhood friends, Showcase gave me his demo and I got inspired after I listened to it,” says BTM.

He is currently working on his new album, New Life.

“I have already released a track, Where Were You featuring Mawesh and I am happy with the positive response the track received. The album will feature hits such as Woza Uzobona, I Have To Go, and I am Untouchable. It is a hot album that has different tunes ranging from love songs, club songs and songs that will get party-goers dancing non-stop,” he says.

BTM has worked with RauRau, Da Rain, and Mawesh.

“My style of rapping is unique. I drop my bars in Sepedi, representing Sekhukhune.”
