POLOKWANE – Schools closed last Friday and will reopen on July 20.
For most learners, the word holiday excites them as they will have a lot of free time.
Review asked Capricorn High School learners what their plans for the holidays were.

Karabo Bashele said he would be playing video games during the holidays.
“I am also going on a cruise with my family,” he said.

Mohammed Khan said he would visit his grandmother in Ladysmith and would attend religious ceremonies.
“I’m geared for the cold weather conditions that side. I have packed warm clothes and I hope it snows while I’m there,” he said.

Kwelepele Riba said he would visit Durban, where he would play video games and street soccer.
“I can’t wait to go to the beach, learn how to surf and to eat the best bunny chow in Durban.”

Rakim Sheik said he would visit his aunt in Pretoria and that he could not wait to get new video games and joysticks.

Khotso Phasiwe said: “I will spend time with my friends, playing games”.

Nthabi Malakalaka said she would be in the city and would visit her grandmother and go to church.

Sonwabile Mjingwana said she hoped to see the big five as she would be going to the Kruger National Park.
“I’m happy because I won’t be thinking about any homework. I will have more time to myself and I will have time to visit my grandmother in Mbombela,” she said.

Bokang Masela said she would visit family in Gauteng, while Doris Mabusela and Pheladi Dikgale said they were excited about the holidays as they would be able to attend their friend’s label launch at Waterland.

Melinda Moyo, Hlole Setati and Amogelang Makgato said they were going to have a slumber party, socialising with friends.
