Seven people were killed and nine injured in an accident between a truck and taxi on the N1 in Limpopo on Wednesday.
LIMPOPO – Seven people were killed and nine injured in an accident between a truck and taxi on the N1 in Limpopo on Wednesday.
According to provincial spokesperson, Col Ronel Otto, the accident happened between Beit Bridge and Musina, near the weigh bridge just after 07:00.
Paramedics were trying to free several people trapped in the wreckage says Otto.
The cause of the accident was not yet known.
