Last Malamulele escapee sentenced to 10 yrs

The fourth and last suspect who was re-arrested on Monday appeared in the Malamulele magistrate's court today (Wednesday).

LIMPOPO –The fourth and last suspect who was re-arrested on Monday appeared in the Malamulele magistrate’s court today (Wednesday).

Madala Daniel Mhlongo was sentenced for escaping from lawful custody and will serve ten years says provincial police spokesperson, Col Ronel Otto.

Mhlongo was initially one the five who escaped from the Malamulele magistrate’s court last month. The Limpopo police re-arrested him in his hide out in a secluded area between Letsitele  and Nkowankowa village on Monday.
